Full Branding Recap | All Grand Events

About a month ago I launched the new brand for All Grand Events, a floral and event design studio in Michigan. Jamie and Emily are the sweetest and were so great to work with. They were kind enough to answer a few questions about their experience working with me and I wanted to share. Thanks ladies!

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR OLD BRAND AND HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR NEW BRAND?

Our old brand was outdated, and most importantly not representative of the goods/services we actually provided.

Our new brand is light, fun, and 100% shows what we do, and how we do it. I don’t think there’s any question of what we have to offer now whereas in the past there were so many questions about what we did.
 
DO YOU FEEL THE INITIAL MOOD BOARD AND BRAND COACHING SESSION ARE REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR VISUAL BRAND?

Yes absolutely, we always felt confident Katie was on track with our goals and vision.

DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR NEW BRAND WILL ATTRACT YOUR IDEAL CLIENT MORE? HOW?

Yes absolutely. We were able to attract our ideal client previously based on reputation alone, which is a great thing! However, in addition to our ideal clients, we were spending hours each week fielding clients we were unable to work with because we didn’t provide the service they were looking for.

 

ARE YOU GLAD YOU DECIDED TO DO A WHOLE REBRAND VERSUS JUST HAVING A LOGO OR WEBSITE DONE?

Yes, I feel like we would have always felt like there was something missing or something more we could have done. Had we just done the website and logo, I don’t think it would have taken very long for us to reach back out to do a more comprehensive rebranding.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO ANYONE ON THE FENCE ABOUT SIGNING UP FOR FULL BRANDING WITH RIBBON & INK?

I would say dive right in.

It’s a big expense, but it’s also a one time expense and Katie will work tirelessly until you are 100% happy.

Obviously you are considering a rebranding for a reason and if you were happy with where your brand was at you wouldn’t even be considering it so bite the bullet and do it.
