In preparing to work with Christina Carroll Photography this August I recently had her branding session over Skype. We discussed many things as I do with all my full branding clients including her ideal client and niche. These two things are KEY y’all in creating a solid visual brand. How can you sell to someone if you don’t know who they are? It’s so key! After reviewing Christina’s questionnaire I sent her I initially created this ideal client for her:

But sometimes clients aren’t entirely sure who their client is and our coaching session is often and eye-opener as was the case with Christina. Sometimes seeing something makes you realize what you don’t want. After seeing the above mockup of an ideal client we did some tweaks and created this perfect ideal client for her Austin, Texas wedding market:
