I am so excited to get the ball rolling with Joy Michelle Photography. As I’m wrapping up A. Kozlowski Luxe Weddings and Birds of a Feather Photography this month I am so looking forward to diving in with Joy. I met with Joy via Skype for her brand coaching session to discuss her ideal client, industry niche, packages, pricing, and so much more. After reading through an extensive questionnaire she filled out for me I was able to develop the following ideal client mockup for her which she felt is perfect for her.
late 20’s to early 30’s detail-oriented professional with a college degree; loves photography and pictures in general; spends time planning her wedding on style me pretty and reading Washingtonian magazine; she knows photography is an art and is willing to pay for it; she loves fashion, kate spade and vera wang are her faves; has a love of the beach, and of course her groom more than anything; she’s not about being at the most trendy/expensive venue, but rather finding the perfect space that represents who she and her fiance are. This isn’t to say that she’s budget or cheap- she is willing to pay the price for luxury work; she wants the heirloom products like prints, print boxes, and custom designed albums
Once we established her client and overall vision I came up with this mood board to represent Joy’s brand.
We’re currently working on her logo! Stay tuned!
Oh, what a fun approach to branding! I love the idea of building out an ideal client profile for them :). Can’t wait to see the final brand!
