I had the pleasure of working with British native Sarah Morris of Sarah K. Morris Photography. She was my first international client! Sarah came to me earlier this year while I was still doing customized packages wanting me to customize a Prophoto theme. Upon seeing a live version of her website I had customized with the logo she had given me she decided to have me rebrand her with a new logo. Why you ask? See Sarah’s insight below.

When you came to me you just wanted to have a blogsite done. What changed your mind?

Initially, I just wanted the website done and was quite happy to use the Etsy logo that I had been using previously. When Katie had finished the initital draft on the website, it was apparent that the logo look amateurish and really had no place on such a beautiful site. With Katie’s help and spending some enjoyable hours on Pinterest, Katie created a branding board that took my breath away – it was basically *me*and captured perfect everything I wanted to achieve for a high end look.  I was also then able to have a FB cover created that carried on the branding giving even more consistency.

Are you glad you decided to get a new brand (logo, color palette, fonts, etc.)?

I’m so glad I let Katie take charge of the branding and it’s been complimented by everyone who’s seen it. I LOVE ALL OF IT, the font….. the colour palette….and the logos. Would high recommend Katie to anyone thinking of having a website designed, and if you can – let her take over the branding for you.  You won’t regret it !
